I want to give the easy answer and say yes but…no. The insane OTT action and plot combined with Brosnan looking his most comfortable/relaxed in the role makes it one of my favorites. Plus, OTT motivations or not, the main baddie's pathos worked for me. Of all the Brosnan villains, he's easily the most believable.
