Be aware that the body can convert protein to glucose via gluconeogenesis...so it is not an inviolable truth that you can eat a lot of protein on a ketogenic diet.

Do you have sources for any of what you’re saying? I’ve done a ton of research, and it all points to the exact opposite of your claims.

I hate to be That Guy, but the ketogenic diet and the Paleo diet really have no link whatsoever, and should not be related or confused.
