Great music in this episode, as always. These abrupt episode endings are killing me.

"Steven and the Stevens" (last year's beachapalooza) and "An indirect Kiss" (connie's eyes were healed) were pretty close together. Another indication that "almost a year" has passed since then on the show.

I'm so glad this show is back. The emotional moment at the end of the episode was surprising. Poor Steven, can't hug his mom and exchange "love you"s.
PSA that "Lion 3" is up for an Emmy this weekend!!

It was cool to see Pearl voice something that's been a topic of discussion this week: how Garnet represents a perfect relationship. I find Peridot kind of annoying, I wish we would find out more about what she's doing

Loved Jamie's impression of Garnet: "Humans aren't very. good. swimmers." I also liked how many background characters came to the play. Who was that guy in the eyepatch, though?

Another random thought: what does G.A.L.S. stand for?

I just realized Ronaldo hasn't done any blogging since Monday…

I liked "Keystone Motel" more than this one. Would have liked to see more Sour Cream. Though, it made me wonder when Vidalia and Greg started hanging out.

I thought Ruby has future vision, too, though… that's how she could "see" which hallway to take to find Sapphire in the ship. I liked the over the top drawings of Angry Ruby, and the great music during their argument. Watching Ruby growl and kiss Sapphire's neck is dirtier than if they would just kiss on the lips.

I was born in August, and I didn't know that. Cool.

OMG, Sardonyx. She's flashy. A combination of Pearl's meticulous side and… what parts of Garnet? Garnet's decisiveness, maybe?
