I am so infuriated by the for profit prison system. Incarceration should be about rehabilitation. It works - anywhere this is the focus the rates of recidivism are a fraction of what we experience.

There is no way that clause was an oversight, Mueller is way to careful. This was not a ‘trap’ in a entrapment legal sense, but it was most assuredly a trap in the ‘talk all you want, if they are dumb enough to listen’ sense.
