I might be in the minority but I thought the de-aging in Ant-Man and the Wasp was very convincing. If they could do that with Bruce Willis for an entire movie it could work.

Well...I liked it. Though yeah it did seem odd that Fisk seemed to be holding his own against Daredevil and then he just stopped fighting back.

I don’t know, he was pretty damn big in Skull Island.

This just reminded me that I haven’t finished watching the third season of Daredevil.

Why they didn’t go with these designs from the get go is beyond me.

Well it didn’t help that the other characters were completely forgettable. There was a generic army dude with zero charisma and Elizabeth Olsen who spent the whole time crying and doing nothing. Oh yeah and Ken Watanabe was in it but I have no memory of what he actually did in the film.

Skull Island was so much more entertaining than 2014's Godzilla which like you said killed off the only character worth giving a crap about.

But it was all worth it because the movie was great, right? Hey-o!

Time to re-up my, “I’ll watch this and pretend Liv ate a reporters brain” joke from last year.

Eh, I think Rey’s Luke’s kid and the the non-reveal in The Last Jedi was a fake out and that the plan was always to reveal that Rey was Luke’s kid.
