Had this experience buying my ‘17 6-6 accord coupe in 2016, also when i traded it in, the dealership said there aren’t many an the market so we’re going to low ball on you on the trade. (ended up finding a high-volume dealership who traded for it from the dealership who wanted MSRP, and got it for 87% of MSRP, and

They own it currently, it is a 1966 Cadillac Phaeton Sedan (basically a sedan de’ville convertible from the factory). It is 1 of 8 produced by GM to compete with the vert Continental, and it never entered full production because Lincoln announced the Continental vert was going out of production. Unfortunately, I don’t

It was right around $114K, got it for just under $45K

It sure does, although I recently traded that for a Gladiator. The Honda was my DD, Jag is weekend/summer vehicle. Also, the Honda seemed more jalop appropriate being manual, and one of the last of its kind (last 2 door accord, last v6 accord, relatively rare manual combined with the V6, also top trim level EX-L)

PUT IT BACK! lol

Agreed.

I think you pointed out the only reason. As a manual lover, I chose the V8S convertible, so much more fun and absurdly louder.  And the auto is so good, I don’t know if I would have even got the manual on the V8S if it was an option. You and your passenger will have a smile from ear to ear the whole time, even just

Counterpoint, red lights in all 4 directions at the same time need to be longer. Longer yellow lights = more people hitting the gas when they see yellow.

Way off base, nice try, though. Your extreme liberalism is showing from the way you assume everyone who doesn’t agree with you is right-wing. Might want to tone it down, because it’s people like you who are going to get Trump elected again, and I’m assuming neither of us wants that.

Meh, then they shouldn’t have been using a leg powered vehicle on a motorway.

Went on a late night Sam’s Club run with dad when mom was out of town at the age of 5 or so. They had a three pack of movies, Top Gun, Days of Thunder, and Caddyshack. Got them home and watched all three in a row and immediately wanted to do all three things. Ended up becoming a pilot, driving like an asshole, and

Am I an asshole for not feeling one bit of remorse for you? hahahaha

Let all the POS bicyclists who only follow roadway laws when it conveniences them procede without helmets, please.

Got bored waiting for this, picked up a Gladiator in the mean time.

Very true, as far as CVTs I’ve been behind the wheel of (Ford, Toyota, Nissan), it is the best. Luckily, I rarely have to drive it, and have the silky smooth 6-speed in the Accord!

Still has the “magic seats” and with slightly more cargo room actually. About 8 cu ft more with seats up, and 6 cu ft more with seats folded.

My fiance fucking hates that I refer to her HR-V as a “lifted Fit.”  She came from a Fit, and is so proud of her “SUV.”

Chrome bumper is standard.  The black one is aftermarket, as the OP pointed out.

That’s BMW’s subtle jab at you for buying one of those monstrosities when you could have just bought an X5.

Shit, I just bought one here in Chicago but may have to try and beat you to it to offset the losses.  If I win I’ll sell it to you cheap!
