Played this game last night. AMAZING. Very amazing. One of my favorite games of all time already (and that was just the first act.) Play this if you love games that are: Beautifully artistic, very very mysterious, heavily story based, or highly atmospheric.

I am in your same shoes. I replaced my 10 year old computer with a shiny new gaming laptop recently. Battlefield 3 is a spectacular game that showed me how much more amazing PC graphics can be compared to current gen consoles. (BTW and I am not a huge FPS fan) On the indie front, Dear Esther is amazing (and gorgeous)…
