I disagree with your 65% comment. I think 80% of the voters want the same thing (a simple breakdown of this opinion would be fiscally responsible and socially accepting and respectful) and yet we allow the fringe 10% on each end dictate the narrative, and often take seats of power.

They are a part of the fascism.  Do not believe they care about "the people".  They only concern themselves with power.

Of course people have made her the face.... you think she just said “l want to speak to the UN” and they said “we have an opening next Tuesday”

This is what happens when you make a child the “face” of your activism. The child will be thrust into some very adult (which often equals ignorant and nasty) situations. Quite frankly I have been waiting for this to happen ever since she was lifted up at the front to the movement.

I’ll accept projection, and I will take cynical over callous. :)

The real problem is that people do not like to be called out for not standing up to folks that are committing violence against others. It is true of white people and it is true of black people.
