I am pretty sure Obamacare did not enjoy a majority % favorability before and while it was being passed. You should take that one word out. Maybe it pushed over 50% afterward but that is also common that once we have a policy a percentage of people seem to support it.

No it is not a good thing. That first one is total BS IMO. Prosecuters don’t make law. Legislators do. Does that mean this prosecutor is deciding which laws she likes and which ones she doesn’t, and then only litigating those cases? If so...she needs to go.
