At worst, they’re letting it stagnate to some extent, keeping new X/mutant characters to a minimum (which is why there are new Inhumans in the first place) so those characters don’t come under Fox’s live action umbrella. Other than that, Marvel is still in the business of selling comics and they’d be crazy to waste…
