Never seen one doing 60. I always see them around town doing 15. In traffic, ridden by a girl in a dress, or a guy in skinny jeans, with no helmet.

This is ridiculous. Winter tires are designed to handle warm temperatures. Just not continuous use above approximately room temp. They wear a little more and get a little squishy in cool and warm temps, and they actually get a little more grip, but they certainly don’t require an immediate change when the temp gets…
