What do vegans, crossfitters, and people went to Duke all have in common?

Yeah... my parents bought my brother a condo. He’s in his 8th year of college. It’s fucking bullshit.

I love skiing. The chairlift, for me, is the scariest part (likely because I’m a conservative skier.) I’m not okay with leaving the safety bar up!

Just ordered “Warmth of Other Suns” - being delivered tomorrow. Can’t wait to start it!

Richmond, VA. No traffic, great city, low cost of living.

IT GETS BETTER! It totally gets better. In a few months you’ll look back and think - holy shit, that was a tiny baby. And your daughter will be laughing and smiling and giggling and joking around, and it’ll be the best thing ever.

Exactly this. It’s good to hear I’m not alone, and I’m glad you put your foot down.

Husband feels we must participate.

My husband, who is normally pretty frugal, also had extravagant Christmases and so thinks we should just participate as required to.

Yep, just did it, only one day of crying. Husband did it, really, because to be honest I’d go back to offering the boob.
