I see where you are coming from and the Wii U has it's place but that's about where it ends. The core audience for video gaming, which is typically the audience a home console aims for (exception obviously being the original Wii), is one that I would say is about as hardcore as they come.

Because it represents everything that is wrong with the company that I once loved buying products from? They've become completely and uterly complacent in their home console division, refusing to acknowledge the times.

In the end, it's my opinion, you and Rex can love it or hate it.

I hate on the Wii U as much as the next guy (I think it's too expensive and gimmicky, amongst other things). But come on now...the game is already running on last gen hardware (PS3/360), it honestly should not have been difficult to get the Wii U version going.
