@Seeräuber Jenny: Agreed on both counts. Biscuit joiner is a good example, but if I thought long and hard, I might be able to use it for something other than routing for joins.

@crabbygeek: Also dehumidifies and purifies the air.
@Seeräuber Jenny: Yes, this, like the bodkin seems like a single-use item, but I think it's because a fairly small group of people (people who sew) use them.
@Seeräuber Jenny: Nose/ear hair; coupons; seam splitter (although it's still clipping threads...)
I can't think of a single, single-use tool. There's always more than one thing you can do with any object... but that's just the MacGruber in me...
What? No slide down the second helix? THAT would be something...
Felt like I just walked through spiderwebs and can't get them off of me...
@Nathan Uschmann: And it's not difficult to become a skilled photographer (different than a natural-born artist who is a photographer).
@Sean Harrington: Sorry, didn't see LankySlob's post.
Love the "How's your service with that?" bumper at the end.
@A.Jaswal: "Chin up" is probably not the best choice of words for Mr. Ebert, given the rather dramatic surgery he's endured over the past several years.
Wait, where's the first half of the project where the computerized etch-a-sketch DRAWS the design? That's what I was hoping to see, not him ERASING it...
Agreed with some of the others, Sol. Great job pushing the envelope and experimenting with new uses for what looks like great technology (haven't used one yet). And kudos that it all turned out well in the end for your friends!
I experience the SIM card issue out of the blue yesterday morning on my AT&T Fuze. It took me all morning and into the late afternoon before I had service again.
So, was this the back-story to why all the whales had died in Star Trek IV?
Meh.
I've always preferred the sackbut.
@jbashara: Good to know. Thanks!
