No kidding. Most of the bloggers who had other options have already left. What’s left are the angry ones. What employer would read their rants and want to hire them?

Another day another Jalop article filled with hatred towards success.

You mean the people in the 8,000 jobs created by SpaceX in the United States? Just like the 48,000 American jobs created by Tesla or 21,000 by Paypal? These companies didn’t spontaneously exist.

If the kids coming of driving age in our family are any indication, yes, SUVs bad. None of them want an SUV. If you mention even looking at one to them they are like “Hell no!”.

They really are the soccer mom mobiles now. Throwing all of your eggs into one basket is such an American short-term gain, long-term loss

Didn’t he buy SpaceX at the early stages and take credit for everyone else’s work, like he does with everything?

People believe that minimum wage is a living wage? That’s dumb. It’s the first stepping stone for new and unskilled workers...

Or we have allowed ourselves to believe that people bring a minimum economic value of $7.25/hr. A lot of people will be in trouble if there is a machine that can make burgers and fries or full self-driving is ever achieved.  Stay in school or learn a trade folks.

yes, I’m sure SpaceX’s 8,000 employees are just there to watch him do everything.

That’s mostly an LA water issue, and as a Nor Cal resident (we send our water down there too) I have no problem with that. They shouldn’t be watering golf courses in a desert anyway.

My take is its just coincidental naming. There was the Bronco II alongside the Bronco (fullsize) in the past. This seems just like the same: Use the rugged tough fullsize Bronco to lure buyers into the showroom. Get the Bronco Sport to be in their budget and prepare the paperwork.

Don’t forget Disneyland...lol

I’ll go with that for the most part. Well said. But CA is so much different than most of the rest of the country. Folks from CA, and most especially the high profile ones, will denigrate the rest of the country at will, it seems (at least to the rest of the country). I mean, it’s normally televised. It stinks to high

There is a lot to unpack here...

I’m glad you agree with me. LOL. I would argue more tech influence came from Texas via IBM, Tandy and TI just to name a few. Oh and NASA. I could care less about movies and TV honestly. The last movie I watched was Ford vs Ferrari and I rented it on on-demand. However, when I’m not wrenching on one of my car projects

I get what you’re saying, but you need stronger points. Movies, and the ability to film a movie was invented in NYC (but then it quickly went to LA/Hollywood as the epicenter, for sure...maybe 20 years later I think?). Fight me.

how evil of them to basically more or less invent modern social media

more or less invent modern social media

see literally everyone unable to physically distance yet still refusing to wear masks.

...every time I drive through NH after flying to Boston and heading up to Maine to see family I unbelt myself as soon as I hit the NH border...I might just die in a fender bender...

You’d be surprised. Even in California, go anywhere near a beach and see literally everyone unable to physically distance yet still refusing to wear masks.
