Sorry for your loss.  But 5mph vehicles and 60mph vehicles can't coexist onthe same road and the gas vehicle paid for the road. 

Agree it takes as long for a commercial truck or train to  stop as it takes to get up to speed.

My comment was deleted. The owner was drunk and said she let a coworker she didn’t know drive her home. They were pulled over doing 118mph. The owner apparently in the car had no problem with that. The driver refused a breathalyzer so got arrested and the car was impounded. Hey be careful who you let drive your car.…
