I’ve driven a chevy volt for 6 years and I use public charge stations infrequently. Mostly because they are ALWAYS being used. But more because my office provides free charging anyway and thus I only charge at home and at the office.

I really hope that at bare minimum you have tested the frame for structural integrity because from what I see there is a lot of serious rust and corrosion along those frame rails. Bare minimum- take a ball peen hammer and tap the frame and see if it at least sounds like its not simply going to crumple to bits...

Those cars are likely totaled: Pretty much every inch of sheet metal will be ruined as with the glass and even the soaked interiors.
