It makes sense. Its being made in Chattanoogaa Tennessee. What raises my eyebrows is that this looks almost exactly like a Jeep Grand Cherokee, and not really like a VW product.

Its more along the lines that government and economics in the minds of those like above assume they two should never-ever intertwine when in reality the two are inseperable. Its a little bit of both... and that’s ok...

Sorry but that whole “free market” idea has never been legit. Perfect example: WW2, back when all US manufactures were forced into going full-out manufacturing for the war effort. Those companies did in turn profit from that effort but we more or less won the war due to our production of war materials. Had the

4th gear:

The problem I see with this is that it doesn’t look like... “VW”. It looks like some variation of a domestic brand SUV. Somewhat generic actually. VW buyers tend to want their VWs to look like VWs. Not sure they’ll go for this.

This whole election is one fucking 2 year long nightmare. Even if and hopefully Hillary wins I will never think of this country the same again. The level of scum is appalling.

I really hate crap like this. Because I was dirt-poor for years and while yeah, its not that hard to be bitter about it I’d never be a shit head and mess with someone else’s property.

Yeah, well not saying I disagree with your intial asessment but that at least to me Chrysler “should” be making some bigger strides towards diversifying the Jeep lineup’s design. For example the old Wagoneer was very distinctively different from the XJ and other models of the time.

Yeah but Mercedes, Audio and BMW are hoity-toity brands bought by hoity toity people who like that image. Chrysler doesn’t carry that Cache’

I see my response totally flew over your head. Oh well. life goes on.

I guess I’m sort of like who cares? The whole Jeep lineup looks like the same damned SUV over and over again.

I’m glad you agree with me!

$70,000 pickups are the main reason I’ve chosen to re-paint my 21 year old Tacoma.

Yeah... those arrogant Americans who arrogantly bought cars that they arrogantly didn’t know were so politely intentionally engineered to defeat our rude and arrogant emissions standards...

Do you understand what a summary is? That’s what I read and posted. I don’t really see how I could have made it any more clear then that. Actually, the BLS made it clear. The overall unemployment rate as it now stands is at 5.1%.

All you are doing is cherry picking the data versus looking at the overall whole. That’s why overall results exists. To put it automotive terms ( since we’re on a automotive web site ) that would be like saying that the overall fleet average was something like 24 MPG... but then cherry picking the data to point out

Nope. I looked at the overall unemployment rate, which is the measure that is traditionally used not only via reporting but by Wall Street. I’d suggest you take a look at how the unemployment rate has been traditionally expressed.

Yup. From the report you just sent:

Average middle income wages were up over last year by about 5%. But to be fair- yes, there are a LOT of poor paying jobs, mainly at big box stores and fast food joints. You complain about low wages and yet the GOP bitches and moans at even the slightest hint of a raise in the pitiful minimum wages we have. Oh- and do

Sorry man but I find it a little difficult to believe you when you’re referring to a total physcpath like Trump. The man is simply crazy and should have never have come as close as he did to becoming the President.
