I remember as a kid my parents traded a 84’ Buick Riviera for an 85’ Toyota Camry. I was around 8 years old but distinctly recall how incredibly modern it seemed compared to the Buick. The stereo system had about 1,200 buttons and a light for every control along with a graphic equalizer with 20 little slide switches (

Not sure how the incredibly obvious fact to everyone including any sane republican that this guy is a total nut leans to the left. If anyone starts yelling jibberish all bets are off

Not sure this is a pandering to the left story.

I can blurt out nonsese as well.

Beeeeyuouteeful poerty!

Then you must already know what we have known then which is that trickledown economics doesn’t work.

Oh- so are you basically saying you rather like Trump and think what he says is like liquid gold? I can only assume you might since you entered the above response.

I wasn’t aware they even built cars here. What are they making there now?

Looks like a dumb RC car with a hot dawg stuck on top. Also- how does it serve hot dogs? I see no mechanical arms.

Plus its Salmon pink. My wife claims I would look good in that color but I assure her no such colors will race my wardrobe.

Response to all of these: eeeewwwwww.

I’m not exactly a Jeep fan but agree- they should have kept building it because by the time they did the design was so old it could’ve been more like the original Jeep, keeping the design for tradition’s sake and badge it more as a modern classic. I have a friend who owns a 95’ Cherokee and his has close to 600,000

How close are these to the 2RZ-FE engines I wonder? I hve a 2o year old Tacoma with that engine and it too has not ever even had the valve cover removed, which seems to be the case with many of these as well.

Looks like a pain in the ass to work on. But on the other hand my Dad was talking to a Toyota mechanic who worked at a major local dealer and the guy mentioned that of Toyota’s engines the ones used in that generation of Previa was one of the best Toyota ever built: They had never actually had to crack one of the

How does Hyundai bounce back? By making less bland, generic looking cars and wannabe luxury sedans.

Correction. The GOP as we know it today is more a product of the 1950’s with the advent of Mcarthy-style scare tactics. The GOP of the turn of the 20th century fiercely defended worker’s rights, unions, and environmental preservation. In other words, nobody would recognize the party then today as Republican.

Not surprised. As much as I love mine the things are sort of tin-cannish in the sheetmetal department.

Owner of a 96’ taco 4 banger here. Had it for almost 20 years so far. Wouldn’t trade it for any of the crap sold today for sure.

Its was anyway...
