Ha ha! Yes! Been watching 007 since I was a kid. This one looks great.

yup. agreed.
I kind of figured. They are cool but the bodies are made out of pretty thin metal. So I bet they rust pretty badly out your way. I live in Cali so its not as bad. They aren't super common but there's a ton out in the rural areas around here.
Something I wonder about with these cars: How many owners are going to lose control and wreck the things because they don't know how to handle such a car?
really? where do you live? I don't have one but I have a group of friends who have probably 3-4 of them between them and take them out all the time to run around in the desert. They love the things, they're cheap and easy to work on. Despite their reputation for flipping over apparently they make great off roading…
Then I suppose we're on the same page then. The article was a bit misleading not only based on the premise but imagery. But even that said if this really were true then there could be a good case for such a niche product.
That guy sure needs that truck too... hauling all those heavy flowers.
Simple. Buy a used Suzuki Samurai and stick a truck bed on the back. Ta-Da!
Well let's gander at this for just a minute. The story posted this morning didn't at all go like this:
Here's a mention of a rum distillery I bet not many of you have heard from and they're in TN. I visited there a few years back. It was in the middle of nowhere. Very cool experience.
Its easy really.
Its easy to forget that the Malibu used to be awful. As in really, really awful. The "Bob Lutz" era Malibu made during his last stint at GM was a huge leap forward. I remember that prior to that era GM interiors were atrocious. When the new Malibu was revealed it seemed like a miracle that the interior shown could…
Personally for me, CP. Market reality? NP. This thing screams hipster fodder and with will come hipster dollars so no doubt it'll sell.
if Mercedes really follows through on this Ford, GM, and Chrysler should let them be the guinea pigs and if it works they should start exporting their upscale models if trucks since after all the truck is perhaps one of the market segments American automakers really know how to do and perhaps do better than Mercedes…
I think the i3 sort of missed the mark. It's too small, too expensive, sort of ugly and the range for the range extender is 50 miles. I too am very curious about the tesla thing too. Interestingly enough I live not too far from the factory and one day they were testing something I couldn't see out on an airfield near…
Problem for me is that I have a very long commute. At this point no automaker makes an affordable long range all-EV car. The Bolt might be but that's a few years out. In the meantime the Volt works well as I can usually get to work, plug in and drive home. But I can also take off on the weekend too. The Volt is HEAVY.…
I haven't. Simply put I don't trust VWs. My Mother in law owns a VW Jetta wagon TDI. The car handles GREAT. It has a lot of torque. It has a nice ride. But the car is falling apart. Hers and probably about 50% of the people I know who own this brand. If I really wanted a hot hatch I'd probably go with the Focus RS or…
Probably because you haven't actually driven one.
Hey, you know what? I'm hungry. Time for some cold cuts!
Hey yall, know what? I'm hankerin' for some cold cuts!
