Remember that dad’s BBC interview that got interrupted by toddlers? Here’s the female version:

Ha and I’m never more grateful to be a single mom! I get to make every decision and don’t have to resent anyone for not pulling their weight.

Never more grateful and hopeful for my future as a childless lesbian than when I read about inequity in emotional and household labor in heterosexual households.

I do. None of the people with this title seem to influence others into doing anything positive.

Does anyone else die a little on the inside when they hear the word influencer?

“and they say no one works harder than that woman”

That is so fucking sad. It’s an entire branch of government! And if they don’t want to hear “Supreme Court”, how about “First Circuit”, “Second Circuit”, “Third Circuit”, “Fourth Circuit”, etc.

Oh, no brainer....

I know.  I will hold my nose and vote for Biden if I have too.  It just makes me sad because we can do better.

This. All day. If this turns into another 2016 where the Bernie stans can’t get behind whoever gets the nomination and go for the Green party I’m going to lose my fucking mind. What sort of privilege does it take to think it’s better to let the republicans win again then it is to make sure they don’t get to continue

Before the elections in 2016, I heard a person interviewed on NPR who said, “Tell me why I should vote for Clinton without using the words, ‘Supreme Court’,” - as if the Supreme Court didn’t matter! That person’s huge blind spot continues to irritate me to this day.

I should have added that we can’t discount the impact a more progressive candidate could have on turnout in the swing states. Sanders had a major upset over Clinton in the 2016 primary in Michigan. I think he, Warren, and possibly Buttigieg might be able to energize the progressive vote.

I will not vote for Biden in the primary. I will of course vote for him in the general when he is the nominee, because fuck Trump and his Nazi buzzard administration. I really, really want to vote for Warren though.

Except for that fact the Hillary Clinton lost because voters was in PA and Ohio and Michigan and Wisconsin who voted for Obama voted for Trump.

Yeah, do they think the people backing someone other than Joe Biden don’t want to beat Trump?

I may not vote for Biden in the primary—but I’m voting for whomever gets put on the ballot from the Democrats. Literally nothing is more important than beating the Republicans; they’ve already gotten as many SCOTUS appointments as Obama has over his entire term, and they’re packing the lower Federal courts with the Fed

I think the Biden logic is that he has the best chance of grabbing back the Midwestern Obama voters who switched to ze Gropenfuhrer. If Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania go blue in 2020 Trump is finished. So yeah, I see how Biden might make the most sense.

Electability is a developing code word for “no women; no blacks, no gays; no socialists.”

Fuck this concept in the ear with the sharpest dick. Same goes for Alyssa Milano’s hot take.
