Part of the facility fee is because ticketmaster and ticket selling companies are so prevalent and have negotiated so much with the venue that they need to recoup the cost of having someone sit in the window and sell you the ticket. Most tickets are sold online.

These are actually a great idea for companies that have fleet vehicles that either make deliveries or take equipment to sites.
