We have a very specialized piece of equipment which requires a PC to monitor and control. The equipment is 20+ years old, and the PC has to be just as old (due to drivers and such). A Gateway 2000 running windows 3.1 (not even 3.11!).
+1. Fried rice is so easy to make, and only uses one pan. I skip the soy sauce and whisk hoisen and rice vinegar together instead, with a little Chili-Garlic as well.
