@TheDustball: it's the same with GPS. I'd rather have a standalone GPS rather than a feature since I can use it in multiple cars.

yeah, I haven't been too impressed with XM (except the MLB At-Bat, which is awesome during the season). The quality is okay compared to FM, but it's definitely doesn't compare to the sound quality I was expecting (which, I'm guessing was probably pretty high).

@booticon: I totally agree. I felt like I had to reset my WinMo phone every couple of hours. Ughh... it just wasn't worth... anything.

@infmom: I'm pretty sure that pencils have been around for a long time (longer than McCain).

@2-7offsuit: www.myp2p.eu Pretty good stuff. You can watch all kinds of sports, but sometimes you do need to download software like TV ants to watch it. Although, for football games, most of the time it's online so you don't need to download anything.

No Way! STC is shutting down? Dang, that's a big blow to my online TV watching. Oh well, I use Hulu for most of my video needs, so I guess I can live without it.

A Power Nap does WONDERS! Absolutely love it! Works great especially when you are really tired. Just lean on your hand or something and then just let your body wake you up in about 20 minutes (I find an alarm clock a little bit stressful). After the nap, I feel awesome and I can charge through whatever work I need to

@Benjo: that's actually a really good way to put it. Yeah, Chrome loads stuff faster, but hey, I love FF3 way too much to leave it. (oh, and Adblock plus. l-o-v-e i-t)

@pdok: They already mastered the removal of MSN (Windows Live?) Messenger. Vista didn't come with it preinstalled (thank goodness!)

To me, it's just less crap on my PC. I think Microsoft has finally come to its senses: everything is based off the internet.

This is great! I always fall asleep in bed when I'm working on something with my laptop. Around 4 AM, the fan is running full blast and the computer is hot as humanly possible! Thanks for the find!

Hmm... Open Office is looking pretty good, if you still use Office 2003. I'm sorry to say, even though it's not free and open source, Microsoft Office 2007 has the best interface I've ever used for any word processor, spreadsheet software, and presentation program. Until they get rid of the whole taskbar/menu thing,

WOW! Great find! I will definitely use this during the school year! Cannot wait to use it!

Wow, I just checked out OneNote (went through the entire notebook about what it can do) and wow! With the new school year coming I am very excited to use this for projects and what not! To bad I can't bring my laptop to school.

@brownie: That's what my company (Wyeth Pharmaceuticals) does from Memorial Day to Labor Day. We do have to come in at least a half hour early every day, but Friday afternoons off are very nice.

Wow, great video. Even if it is from '05, it still has some very valuable information.

Sorry, even though Android looks really cool, T-Mobile has the crappiest service in my area. Not going back to the dark side. (or was that AT&T?)
