i want a clean-ish one of these so bad. even with the smaller engine it’s a great car.

I’m more partial to the old 240 wagons. eventually i want to a clean one. There are MANY clean and working 240s in the PDX area, but they’re usually on craiglist, not ebay.

I’m pretty sure that’s a polski-fiat. As in polish-built, italian-designed. (see: license plate on volvo, and that this is probably the A2 in poland)

there’s 3 plastic clips holding it in place. I only learned about it while pushing my car forward in a garage while the car-door was open.

not a story..but The cheater panel (that little plastic panel right before the side mirrors) on a Ford Focus pops out if you push it from the side while the door is open. When you pop it out you can see that it is actually a great place to hide a very small amount of whatever you want.

I always liked sliding doors..... but what if they slid...up. think about it. You could hide the tracks in the A and B pillars (they’re already big enough in most cars now). Just image the convenience of pressing a button and having the doors rise up. There’d be no worry about your door hitting the curb, or the cars…

you know who should build one of these: ford. ecoboost 3cyl. tiny roadster/coupe. they could do it and name it a Ford Stag to make it a ‘baby mustang.’ front engine or mid-engine, it could be a fun little thing if they had the balls to make it.
