I get the quoted MPG now that it’s more than 10k miles in. at first it was worse. But still hovering around 2.5k-3.5k Rpms yields 26+mpg as long as I dont have a lot of stop and go (which I can avoid now that I’ve moved to land of roundabouts, the PacNW)

At least we get this now. These are actually kinda decent. If they made a small pickup version of this it would be a great little runabout.

it’s ugly but the real question is...Is it nissan juke ugly? or just new jeep cherokee ugly?

wait...who actually wanted one?

The one captain slow drove on one of their roadtrips was the most reliable and best offroad. If you can find an example as durable and high quality as captain slow it wouldn’t be a worst car, it would be a best-worst car.

not exactly reliable, but charming.

this car screams teen pregnancy and vaping WTs

I hope you’re being sarcastic. cause I don’t see any Eagles or the larger international harvesters at mecum auto now.

All the negatives of a GMC canyon/Chevy Colorado (death by fire) with additional negatives like looking like an dumbass, getting worse mpg, showing you make bad life choices, and you don’t care about incredibly ugly interiors.

this reminds me a lot of the current ford truck interiors... except slightly nicer but with equally as clunky infotainment. .

since it’s damn light it wont need a huge amount of torque and HP also battery wouldn’t need to be very large too, probably it’ll fit under the front hood/bonnet. It’ll be weird seeing the much smaller electric motor sitting outside the body in front though, if they choose to do it like the V-twin engine in the

If i was an eccentric millionaire I would totally get the new EV Morgan 3-Wheeler.

Is this not considered a car by Jalopnik?

mx-5 cup to get the nice bilstein shocks and sport suspension. also optioned w/ brembos and wheel locks.

at least when the car is eventually destroyed in a terrible crash you will feel nothing because it’s a cheap POS.

The 1960s VW beattle would drive a smart fortwo. it’s cheap, rear engined, jerky and small, comes in a questionable convertible and only seats 2 people comfortable. Also you can get a used on for dirt cheap so they’re decent options for first time drivers, just like the vw bug was.

as long as they actually charge the damn MSRP and nothing higher. I’ve seen many dealers try to charge well above the MSRP requiring people to haggle to pay the price listed online.

;- ( about Brabus. but good news about the mpg. If I knew I’d have a usable garage I’d get the electric one but gas is a decent option for now. The new version that’s coming out looks a bit more funky but at least it has a proper manual now which may help.

There’s an old bearded man in my current town with one of these who has a small bird statue on the back of his.... I’ve seen him driving on the windy canyon roads nearby a lot and I know that he’s found a really good hobby for retirement.
