Agreed that they (and other platforms) need to give more categories under which you can report posts. Hiding them is not sufficient.

Yup, definitely thought about it. But when you become a parent you don’t just to use your own hypothetical past trauma to justify (at best) neglecting your child and (at worst) handing them over to a predator for a lifetime of abuse.

Yes it could, at the discretion of the police and the DA. There was no reason for him to ever be in possession of that tape. He could have told her to gather evidence and forward it directly to the police but he told an abused child to send him a video of the abuse. 

 I read it. I read it all. I don’t understand how you could be confused about the legality of coercing a minor into creating child pornography.

It is very very very rare for kids to make up sexual abuse. It is far more common that moms are so desperate to keep a man in their life (be it for emotional, financial, or other reasons) that they allow their kids to be abused.

Probably not. If they came back four hours later, I assume that a) they were getting a search warrant or b) they needed more justification, IE-seeing the girl through the windows.
