I wish I could believe that... If that were true, McConnell would just go to Kavanaugh and tell him to withdraw. Then they would spin it as the evil DEM Witch Hunt destroying a good man. Losing the vote makes them look weak-- both to Trump and to the American public.

Very very high. McConnell wouldn’t be pushing for a quick vote unless he knew they were going to win.
