I can relate to the forgetting thing. As a kid I didn’t mean to skip chores/homework/basic commitments but I would just flake on them. In hindsight, I’m 99% sure I’ve had ADHD my whole life and was never diagnosed. (Not saying that is your/her case, just mine.)
