The world where I have done it before. There was a woman trying to juggle her kid and her groceries and I offered to hold the child or put her groceries in her car. I held the baby for all of 2 minutes while the mother loaded the car and then went about my day.

Except in the video he says he is going to forward the video on to the cops. He could stay there and wait for the cops to arrive standing next to the car making sure the child is ok. But no you’re right yelling and forwarding his video to the cops is the solution.
