I voted "No". They allow us to play games through a network connection free of charge. They say they're on it and that's enough for me. Dunno about any single-player campaigns but the multiplayer focus is much wider in this game. They're going to let you play as teams and such and just choose your car. That's why you're seeing so many clowns. Go back and watch the initial reveal video, it kinda alludes to it.
