2005 Subaru Forester XT. Seats 5, wagon, faster than a 350z, room for lots of groceries, available with three pedals (like mine)unique and a total sleeper. And it can off-road well even when lowered. I bought mine with 160k miles for $6,500 and that was 4 years ago. It has never let me down.
According to Ashlee Vance’s book, she didn’t just ask for any old raise, she asked for compensation on the level of SpaceX’s top execs. After considering it (while sending her on an all expenses paid vacation) he instead offered her another position in the company. He didn’t fire her. She declined the offer by just…
A 3 week experiment to see the value of someone’s work output is shitty science. In the short term, other people may be able to take up the slack. But you may not see longer term costs in terms of misscheduled appointments, small annoyances that build up over time, miscommunications that didn’t have to happen, etc.
I don’t know what’s more ridiculous, the author calling musk a sick son of a bitch or you calling the author a “journalist” lolz there’s none of those around here
Steve Jobs invented toys compared to what Elon creates.
He didn’t fire her. He offered her another position because her current position wasn’t of value. She declined it. It says so right there in the article. Did you read it?
That looked even worse in Slovak motion.
“Jaime probably ordered the arrow barrage hoping to his Daenerys, not to bring down Drogon.” Yep, you beat me to that.
The “useless” volley of arrows fired at Drogon wasn’t fired at Drogon. It was fired at Danaerys. And it would have hit her if she hadn’t reacted to it by veering off to her right and presenting Drogon’s underside to shield her from it.
Great episode indeed, but marred by the cave bit. It was bad and just poorly done. It reminded me of something from cheesy plots from Roswell or Smallville.
Among my many strange, off-putting car fetishes, there’s one that is consistently, creepily powerful: my love for…
Is it possible Bran is talking about Sansa’s future wedding, and we’re being trolled by D&D?
I think the big, pointy, flashing-neon arrow of this episode is the dilemma of how to deal with Euron’s fleet. We’ll be getting another dragon-rider very soon.
It might be good, but Motor Trend loves everything Tesla related. Their constant videos with Model S shows their love for Tesla. And Electrek, well...the name says it all. We need an in-depth review by something like Jalopnik or Top Gear.
Hmm, sounds better than strawberries. I mean c’mon, just look at all these chemicals. I’ll never eat a strawberry again.
The the fuck out of here with this shit
Really though, as a scientist, I’ve learned not to judge an additive by its name. Just because you don’t know what it is doesn’t mean it isn’t ‘food.’
You shut your mouth, Taco Bell has some tasty foods.
It actually exists. I saw a silver one in person, in all places, Croatia.
