As a 20+ year federal employee (military and civil)....I have to tell this to staff all the time....

My assumption was that he has a stake in whatever company that makes it, is mad that it’s not a viable treatment, and is now saying he’s taking it so the rubes buy it.

When I first saw the movie, I chuckled at the audacity of the “Barricade” car touting the logo “To punish and enslave...”

But really, anymore....it seems more fitting for most departments/precincts than the classic “Protect and Serve”....
