While I find the gold lettering least-offensive on the green...it’s still gross.

Thanks for helping support my argument that gold/brass/bronze always look tacky and gross.  Those are all excellent examples.

Lowriders, in general, are frequently, indeed, amazing. I love many of them. But the genre as a whole *REALLY* loves their gold and...well...I just hate gold on cars....

Although I’ve said this for YEARS before our current gold-gilded dear-leader came into power...I still must say:

Gold/brass trim/wheels/lettering/etc on cars always, always, always looks tacky, gross, and just out of place.

(Flashes back to 2009) I remember how effing hard it was to convince the Dodge dealership that I wanted my (first production model year) Challenger to be custom ordered wtih the exact options I wanted.

No...because...anyone who bought stock before the tweet are dancing in the streets. The value of TSLA went from $300.84 on August first to $379.57 on August 7th immediatley following Musks statement that funding had “been secured” to take TSLA private at $420/share.

I still think the inspection system shoudl be linked to the same system the police punch your licence plate into to look for valid registration and, license, and tickets...that’s all one database...no need for a stupid sticker at all...

It mostly just annoyed me that they put the sticker on the left and didn’ bother actually cleaning all the residue from teh center....

And I have to get used to my phone-mount (re: map mount) being over on teh left now too....I like as little stuff cluttering my view as possible so I stacked my phone over the sticker…

Happened in front of me on the GW Parkway in VA. MD Tags (no safetyinspections in MD), front drivers ball joint failed, wheel goes perpendicular, sparks flying etc.

Just had my VA inspection done yesterday.

Annoying fun fact of the day: Apparently for some reason VA has changed the placement law of our stickers (seriously? why can’t they just mark this in the DMV database with my registration)...so now they’re not in the middle of the windshield...but on the drivers corner....
