Yet that car is still more Mustang than the Mach-E.... It’s still a 2-door, front engine, rwd coupe.... Not an electric CUV.

We have trails and sidewalks.
Still unplowed, but it’s far safer than being on the road with the other idiots.

Yet you just told me you couldn’t get a Lyft cheaper than $17 meanwhile my local Taxi service will go within 10 miles of town for $4.75.
This is reality here in WI.

1. $4.75 within 10 miles of town, which amounts to a 30min trip and gets you to the next town. I’m sorry you confused Lyft with a Cab...

Which means by definition, trucks and SUVs are dangerous for pedestrians and should be banned immediately.

Oh no, people would actually have to WORK to get a license, the humanity!

I mean, just eliminating devices in vehicles would substantially cut down fatalities and crashes, but again US driver’s....

1. I live in a rural area, cabs not only exist, but most will take you the 30 min drive between towns for around $10.

2. As someone who lives in the snow belt and has biked in the winter, they sure can be used year round. Is it easy, no, hence why I stated that would require work, something the average American is

Odd, last I checked rural WI was in fact dead in the snow belt...

If you think driver error has nothing to do with why cross traffic is more dangerous than open freeways, I have neither the crayons nor the time to try to explain it.....

Walking, cabs, and bicycles exists pretty much everywhere in the US..... 2 of those of course would require actual exercise and work, so again, not for the average American.

The biggest issue on US roads is the drivers.

Driver training and accountability make huge differences on those highways as well.

Wait, you mean stop giving licenses to anyone with a pulse, regulate device use heavily and our roads would be safer?

So judging by your stats, it seems the real problem here is too many people driving big vehicles they can’t properly see pedestrians out of.......

Sounds like you’re confusing “Quick” with “Fast”.

Simple SUVs are BOF or truck based.

Oh god, I don’t know how I forgot about the CRVs....

You said normal people price.

Knock $4k off the price, fix the fuel gauge, you have something.
