Her age doesn't concern me as much as the fact that she has had 4 c-sections. It's major abdominal surgery, and the likelihood of complications (placenta accreta is the one that immediately comes to mind) multiplies with each pregnancy after a c-section.

That website is a great comparison. The instead cups are nothing like Diva or Lunette. Instead is more like a diaphragm- you can have sex w/ Instead, but you definitely can't w/ a Diva cup or Lunette.

It used to be considered tacky to have a shower for your 2nd, 3rd, 4th baby. I don't cut anyone any slack for having a 2nd or 3rd shower because that baby is a different sex than the first baby, don't find out, or don't register for all pink or blue crap (that you only use for such a short amount of time.)
