Come to Buffalo, NY and Erie County. We get the States tax and the counties tax which drives prices to about $4. It is BS how much they tax the fuel here and are still broke as shit. All summer I paid $4.10+ for 93, I finally just got $3.99 and was actually happy about it. lol
