I started playing shadow of war before I got my 1x and boy did I notice the difference when I played on it. Way crisper and more detail, I love it. But yeah, I guess it does depend on what tv you have, I got a curve samsung HDR+, 4k uhd that I got just for the 1x and I’m not disappointed
