At least they avoid the sharks.

Ah, my bad. Please, by all means, ignore the double yellow. It’ll be fine.

I could be wrong but are those unicycles not street legal?

Do the unicycles have licenses and registration?  If not, how are they legally allowed in the lane of traffic?  This seems like they purposefully intended to menace a robot car, record it, then catch all the clicks and profit.

Texas and West Virginia endorse this.

That doesn’t make it better. It just proves that these vehicles can’t respond to an unknown situation. Also, your fact-checking (and the article) left out that Cruise then tried to cover it up, giving false information to investigators.

Seriously, what the hell?  If I’m behind a bunch of...unicyclists? OK...on a one-lane road then I may not like it but I’m not going to commandeer a lane on the other side of the street.

Very much this. A more accurate headline would be “a group of assholes circling a car cause the self-driving system to malfunction”

Perhaps going on the other side of the yellow line isn’t great, but it’s not like it was doing it randomly. These guys were purposely trolling the car, as evident by the video posted

“I got caught up in the improv and the wackiness, and I became a parody of myself,” Hemsworth recently told Vanity Fair of his performance in the film. “I didn’t stick the landing.”

If they would have trained it based on Florida driving, it would have just plowed through all of the riders.

Don’t blame yourself, Chris. Blame Taika.

“Per the company, the cab “detected that there may be a risk of a person within that crowd who had fallen down, and decided to carefully initiate a passing maneuver when the opposing lane was clear to move around what could be an obstacle and a safety concern.””

So “carefully initiate a passing maneuver” when its result could well be 10 times more horrific by pulling such a jaw-droppingly dumb move. Uh-huh, sure. That makes “sense”.

He’s not wrong. It was everything about the movie, rather than him specifically, but he’s spot on about why Love and Thunder didn’t work. Everyone involved just got too caught up in the fun of making it and pushed it too far into silliness.

Weirdly, the Hamburgler has made more appearances than Ronald in the last decade.

In one way that makes me sad, that Ronald is gone. However I have to say that, sitting in line at DQ earlier tonight, I thought about how the highlight of fast food as a kid was getting a “toy” with your meal, even if it was kind of crappy. That has to sort of program kids to want fast food, and to associate “fast

In the comics she started as a villain, dated Captain America and was ostracised by other villains becoming an anti-hero playing both sides before eventually an Agent of Shield then back to a Villain again.

Saw Red Hulk coming miles away, there was literally no reason to recast or ever bring the character back if they weren’t doing it.

I love Sam, and am pretty excited to see Liv’s Betty Ross back, but very little else about this has me excited.
