I think as an american you can't really criticize state run newspapers when america's own media is run by a single rich australian, I mean what's the difference except that a politician is still more likely to be exposed to peerpressure and you have a chance he does something for someone else than himself.

@Garion: Sure I'll explain: people generally send pictures out to print in formats they accept, those format are often not ones that accept more than 24bit, and I bet that if an average photoprinter accepts let;'s say PNG it will choke on a 48bit PNG.
