I’ve yet to see anything concrete on actions taken to hurt Bernie and help Hillary. I see discussions, but no actions resulting from those discussions.

The DNC can do whatever they want. There’s no law saying they have to be fair. And to be honest, as shown by number of votes each candidate got, their sentiments reflected what the people- the registered long time supporters of their party wanted.

No one is ever entirely neutral, and neither is any organization. In the DNC case, some staffers show that they have an obvious bias for Hillary, but there’s no proof they misused DNC funds or resources to advance her. Nothing written in the email appears to have come to fruition, and no real harm was done.

The timing was irrelevant to the Sanders campaign as it was already too late to do anything. It might have been important had it been released maybe four or five months ago, but even then, it might not have mattered. Sanders lost because he couldn’t capture the minority vote, not because of DNC shenanigans.

Bernie voter here too. I certainly don’t like DNC favoritism (it needs to stop, and good riddance DWS), but I’ve not seen any indication that it was in any way outcome-determinative. Clinton simply won the nomination.
