Ugh. I must have that Sherwood Forest poster for my own my infant son’s room.  I must have it.

And since she’s genderfluid, you wouldn’t have to change a thing!

We are friends, you and I, because I’ve gone on about the clones of Winona for 20 years now. I called them “Winonabes.”

Someone joked about it but my god she really looks more like Terry McGuiness, It’d be more excited if she was playing him.

Their Winona-Natalie-Kiera-Daisy-Millie line broke down.

Not as far as I heard - she wanted to do other things, and accepted to appear in a few episodes to close the story arc. I remember one of the show’s creator saying that they wrote her departure in a way that leaves the door open if she wants to come back for a guest spot or some such.

I mean, she’s got the look i guess. Has she ever done an American accent? It would be kind of neat for her to do one as Batwoman and keep her Australian one for Kate Kane.

Bad dates.

Specifically this version! Not the white suit, not the disco collar, not the track suit. Give us David Aja’s perfect take on the costume.

It’s Davos he’s fighting. They showed this clip at SDCC according to reports. It’s the final challenge between Danny and Davos to see who fights the dragon. Those villainous figures are his teachers. I’m guessing the guy in the hood is Yi-ti.

With the help of the kingdom’s prince,

I for one welcome Disney’s move in recent years, of going to different cultures as sets for its traditional “Princess formula”. In this case, I hope they take the same effort and care they took with “Moana” where they actively resarched Polynesian myths and culture.

Black Panther was such a cool experience for this reason. I’m whiter than a fish belly but it was really cool to see black dads taking their sons (and daughters) to see a superhero movie that was so proudly and fiercely black. Love that shit.

I think their animated Spider-Man featuring Miles Morales covers that empowering message for boys

I think their animated Spider-Man featuring Miles Morales covers that empowering message for boys, but it would be nice to have a prince (or a pauper) as the main character for a change. Something like Aladdin for a new generation would be nice.

I don’t mean to be that person, but it would be awesome if Disney would turn our a movie featuring a black boy as a lead. I know Coco just came out, but Miguel is Mexican. I just think our black boys could use some of the same empowering messages that girls are getting through the princess films.

We can never have too many princesses of color, so this is fantastic news.

Wait wait wait, boyfriend? They're actually going to have an openly LGBT character in a kids' action show! Yes!
