Because you made this comment before I did, I would like for you to have a star.

I’m assuming it’s the same with Cadillac as it is with Mazda - behind the plastic non-badge thing is the setup for the radar cruise control.

Tom - I’m going to steal your resolution. I would love to find more opportunities to drive and write about interesting cars!

This is a problem for me because I personally own all eight Mercury Milans.

I’m not sure about best - it’s a tough one to decide!! It’s between three vehicles: A 2011 Jag XJ Supersport, Porsche Macan Turbo or Doug’s Aston. While I didn’t get to drive it hard on the pavement and listen to that V8 bellow, I did get to attempt to control it on an iced over lake in Vermont. How do you

When you are ready to give the car away, just let me know. I’ll drive, you do your business. Wait, that’s not right. You do business things and I’ll get you to your next meeting on time.

Thank you. I have now learned my new thing for the day. Time to go home!

I am being forced to admit that I don’t know what a “Yammie” is...

That’s okay, mine’s a stick.

So what you are saying is I have 5 years to get over my fear of being on camera, find some hidden talent and then come across two other people who I can nearly tolerate?

I’ll let you know when someone let’s me drive a McLaren! I did get the chance to be a passenger in a 12C once. I bought myself some powerball tickets moments later.

Does that make this one a posi?? (Simeone museum in Philly)

I would’ve happily traded 10 minutes of the special forces crap for 10 minutes more on the car that the guy built based on his 1:32 scale model.

Except the current generation Mazda2 is not the same as the Mazda2 that was available here. Current gen has a Skyactiv chassis and engine, etc. all of which probably make it lighter than the car it replaced. It’s also worth noting that the current Mazda2 is sort of available in the US as the Scion iA (now the Yaris

There was a clip in the rear calipers that would get corroded up and not release the pads properly - so that they were constantly against the rotors and would wear down very quickly.

I’m in Mazda sales up in Vermont and I haven’t been heard anyone talking about the brake issue for awhile now so, with as many CX-5's as we sell, I’m reasonably sure it’s been sorted!

And from an Italian factory at that!

I captured the whole thing on camera, bro. That punk’s Supra was so fast, bro! It’s a good thing he owed you a 10-second car or you’d still be rotting away in prison for the shit you’ve done, bro.

Naw - this is Bill, acquaintance of Paul and “the other guy in that video”
