I feel like comparing the concept to the production version using those two pictures isn’t as easy as it would seem. There are a couple obvious but subtle differences like the front fascia and the chrome/silver strip along the bottom. In order to better compare the two, we should look at:

Doug, you are a brave man. An Aston Martin AND a Range Rover?? I’m assuming you also leased a Prius for the majority of the time since the keys for those two will spend more time in the hands of their service writers than your own?

Perhaps while it’s in your possession it has a little “whoopsie” on the front end...and we quietly put a Mazda2 fascia on it?
