The Nomi/Sun/Will + Capheus part has been my favorite team up moment so far, though a few others come close.

I've been watching one a night, almost every night since the show's release. I think I probably slowed down a bit for discussions.

Its less tradition binding her than the fact that her parents seemed to be so happy about her getting a proposal that she felt she couldn't let them down, but the rest about her feeling like she should be in love since he is a great guy is also a component of the problem..

I think you might have mixed Kala up w/ another woman who appeared at the bath house where Wolfgang was. I recall seeing someone I thought was Kala…then feeling mildly letdown.

This came back?! Guess I have to get back to reading through the backlog.

The dead ones tend to claw at you a bit less. Usually anyway.

Still doesn't logically follow to me. Guess this is an agree to disagree thing here.

I thought the same thing about Will's phone idea.

He didn't get directly involved but it clearly had an effect. It was implied that the sexual feelings caused him to jack it to that Van Damme scene he was watching. He appeared to jump a bit and zip up when the girl came back to the van.

It wasn't hidden, but given everything else going on I would guess that it was very easy to focus on her jilling off to Lito and his bf whose name I forget.

What? The weddings had nothing to do with Dorne or any of the characters involved. There is no reason for anyone in that world to associate either of those things with the Sand Snakes.

I'm up to ep 9 so far, and i'd say this was probably my 2nd favorite overall for the reasons mentioned in the review. There is a moment in an upcoming ep that I like a bit more for the amount of connections it had.

Jaime saw the king of Dorne make it clear that any attack on his guests would not be forgiven a second time.

Indeed it was.

I think he underestimated the audience. I can remember recognizing the singles quite a few times. It was probably aided by me spotting a former Salute Your Shorts cast member though. Guy was in the singles pool at least 3 times.

The funniest part is that people joke about Horatio Caine as if he were meant to be anything other than an over the top comic book character.

Doubtful.

If they think that will stop anyone then they haven't really spent time there.

There is a distinction between desertion and leaving your post on orders from your king. I do agree that it was an action that was meant to tell us about Stannis's character and ambition though.

I think the show did a good job on the relationship between Stannis and his daughter this season. While I thought we would probably end up with this most recent episodes' events, they did make the choice seem more like a possibility that was likely rather than an inevitability.
