Cutting these cables and destroying the satellites is a very irreversible act. Once a country does it, it’s obvious what their intent is. And I’m guessing it will be the thing that will happen mere hours before the missiles fly.
This article could use some more information. What cutting these cables might accomplish would be helpful.
