“Women” as a whole haven’t been restricted by choices, individuals may do, just as individual men do. The problem is individuals aren’t judged as individuals. In Riots case it’s that they don’t even have a reasonable percentage of the women that actually WANT to work in that industry and have toxic work place.

You aren’t presenting counters to the arguments of the images you are nit picking at the examples they are choosing to use. It’s like when discussing the public good argument of street lights shouting out “but what about blind people”.

No. But it is the definition of someone that intentionally misrepresents a figurative example in a literal sense. I know there are some people that do that and conflate reality with allegory and figurative arguments, and there are quite a lot of them, but those people are idiots. Hence you are either an idiot, or not

I think it’s not that it’s light, it’s that the systems for detailed analysis aren’t available. You can’t see whats going on under the hood very well and there aren’t a lot of subtle controls so while it’s certainly doing things in the background you as a player can’t interact with it.

That’s a very extreme viewpoint you are describing and not that representative.

There are plenty, but those men aren’t in these contexts and have other opportunities that when placed in the same context as a woman in some companies come to the fore.

Was the event undersubscribed? It doesn’t sound like it from what I’ve seen.

That’s a little too obvious for a troll, you can do way better.

Equality in the truest sense only happens when you have a level playing field to start with. While I’m against discriminatory practices, this isn’t those. You are doing additional activities to give them a leg up i.e. to build that level playing field. It’s not discriminating against men because you are taking from

If you are in a heavily male environment and want to target women then you need to exclude them. It was from the sounds of it a pretty hands on session designed SPECIFICALLY to help women. If they allowed anyone to turn up it would have defeated the point AND massively diluted the impact.

When I was a student in the early 00s we were a Tier 1 partner for CERN and instead of just building a good network for one department or the HPC centre they installed high bandwidth fibre for everyone. We honestly never had any issues and having gigabit speeds available back then was miraculous. They even had it

There are good British cars, and good cars designed and built in Britain that are owned by some big international names. It’s really just Jaguars that seem to not be able to get rid of the shoddy electricals.

Never buy a used one is the best advice for a Jag, they get better as a run goes on, first years are always dangerous. But for some reason they literally have multiple generations of electrical problems, it’s something to do with how they run the electrical systems in the car. Jags are one of those cars where the

To be fair we had a Jaguar that cost more than that and it would occasionally decide to flip out in the rain and put on either full brake or just cut the engine completely when driving over 70.

It’s hard to say, but at least it’s appropriately used and it does grow on you. Helps Qashqais are quite good cars. Although I don’t like the new ones.

My biggest issue is with all the time and money they fixed some things, but as you mentioned missed others like the terrible inventory and UI. They’ve got so much player feedback available, and it’s like they just locked the door behind them and continued to actually finish the game without addressing basic player and

Then you were aware your point wasn’t really relevant as there was no appreciable demographic differences and chose to make it anyway?

Other countries stay on top of the issue with better training and improved technology. And they pay less for it which is the real kicker.

Only if your arms are outside normal length, there is a reason why desktop monitors all have a stand and they sell risers and fully height adjustable VESA mounts like gangbusters to offices. I’ve got an adjustable desk as I’m 2m tall, even adjusted I still can’t have a laptop that is at the right height to view and

To be honest that is usually a sign you have done a lot of damage, if you are sitting properly haven’t done a lot of work that way and your body isn’t used to it it will be potentially VERY painful at times.
