Speaking of Parks and Rec, let's not forget that Adam Scott and Rob Lowe came on at the end of season 2!

I've been pretty down on this show recently, but I really enjoyed this episode, much more than Pilot did anyway. Paul Scheer was brilliant as the strangely enthusiastic "adultery accomplice," and Duplass got in some great reactions to Andre's doppelgänger wig and Ruxin's unfortunately-timed vinegar strokes. They even

It's my understanding that "gueule" means face or mouth, and "wooden face" is much funnier to me so I'm sticking with that

I love the similar French term for a hangover: "gueule de bois" = "wooden face"

I don't think you *have* to, but it helps. I started watching at the beginning of season 2 and got hooked. Going back and watching season 1 made a lot of the jokes and character notes make much more sense.

There's an entire novel written without the letter E as well:

I'm pretty sure Nucky was bluffing when he agreed to the deal with Narcisse and Masseria. He looked really uncomfortable the whole time, and later ordered Bader to get Chalky out of town safely. He just didn't want to refuse them face-to-face and provoke a war before he got his house in order.

I wouldn't give up Cameron. As a Browns fan, our offense is actually pretty good when we have a non-Weeden at QB, and we're only going to be better next year. Cameron is one of the few TEs who is a top offensive option. (Along with Graham, admittedly, but you apparently wouldn't be able to keep Graham.)

The evidence doesn't have to stick. It's just enough to justify arresting and questioning him, thus avoiding the lawsuit. I'm no lawyer but it's plausible enough for a sitcom.

"Wired to thrive on dysfunction"

Her sexual awkwardness is funny to me, but I agree that the fantasies don't really add anything. Tina's comments about the island got the point across without the need for an elaborate (albeit brief, this week anyway) sequence.

Clint is Ted's stepfather. We found out his parents got divorced and didn't tell him way back in season 2.

It was worth it for "You're slipping, Linus"

Yeah, the musical episode was really good, so hopefully they can pull this off as well.

One of them (Zack?) was on a Fox sitcom last year, I don't think it lasted very long though. They still do live shows pretty regularly as a group as well.

The A.V. Club
fucking kids these days

He played Murray on Flight of the Concords, where his odd NKiwi primness was put to much better use

Third, actually – Carrie's notebook scribblings from episode 1 included an Inigo Montoya reference!

It's pronounced like the former but spelled like the latter.
