If the afterlife is real, he'll have a lot to answer for, having been the head of the CIA, but damn if I wouldn't have his brand of Republicanism instead of the mutated version we suffer under today. I can at least deal with the elder Bush. It wasn't as if every day was a constant battle against the forces of evil.

The odds of Mueller testing whether it is constitutional to indict a sitting president over some low grade campaign finance law violations is pretty damn low.

Trump’s punishment is the shame he has to live with for hurting Melatonin and others that he loves with his actions................Ha, ha, ha. Sorry I just couldn’t help myself

Tyler Florence also has a really good French Onion soup recipe that I’d highly recommend. Pretty easy to do, too.

HRC pulled the “Uh oh, better pivot to working class white people” strategy in 2008 against Obama. Obviously that didn’t work. Bernie, with the benefit of having seen HRC screw it up, went right down that exact same unproductive road and two years later still seems to be traveling down it.

pulling for you. i hope it’s obvious I’ve been pulling all you good guys/gals out of the gray as much as I can.

He was DYING to go there. You could tell because he started with the pointing and the repeating, and every time he said “racist” he meant “n——-”.

Counterpoint: Jon Tester won.

Ah, I misunderstood.  You’re absolutely right.  Every nominee advanced at every level is going to be terrible and will get approved.  I wouldn’t be surprised if Trump doesn’t go back and run some of the nominees that failed the first time because they were unqualified.  It would be just like him to keep attacking it

I live in Indiana. Republicans didn’t like Donnelly because it was Democrat. Democrats didn’t like him because he was a republican lite.

I liked Indy because it was a great place to see a lot of the track, move around easily and see the cars in different areas of the track, and the tickets were cheap by F1 standards. After F1 left Indy, I went to Montreal and the experience there blew Indy away. It seemed like the entire city went all out for the race.

Virginia should be forced to hang this banner.

At the time it looked that way but in the end it was 100% the FIAs fault that only the Bridgestone cars ended up racing. Teams on both sides of the tire war did everything they possibly could to put on a race. It got to the point where teams were volunteering employees to run the event entirely without the FIA in

IMS/Indycar stan

I’m not sure why I said “collective shrug,” only to run the well-trod “single fan” joke a few words later. That’s an embarrassing error. Not as embarrassing as writing a whole article based upon the mistaken assumption that a team’s home stadium is not its home stadium, of course, but still.

Billy, it would be pretty difficult for the Hurricanes to play in the Orange Bowl since it no longer exists (and hasn't for years). Facts: they're delicious!

Is Deadspin so down in the dumps they can’t afford to pay an editor to look this over? Both Miami teams have shared the stadium for awhile now.

I don’t like being this guy, because I really don’t have any problem with broadening your horizons as a writer, but if snark gets in the way of facts and even basic research, maybe stick to soccer.

played for some reason in the Dolphins’ stadium”

I always tell this story whenever a “who doesn’t have ID as an adult?” type pops up.
