We develop an internal app for my company and only test in Chrome and FF. We do not support IE or Edge. One reason is that the entire stack is open sourced, and we develop on Macs, so we have no useful access to the Windows experience. As stavosws6 said, the dev tools in FF and Chrome are also incredibly powerful.
